Founded in 2019, Liangqian manufactures big-pack baby wipes on eight dedicated lines in Anshan, Liaoning, and ships through the Linyi trade hub.
Liangqian (LIANGQIAN) was founded in 2019 and manufactures big-pack baby wipes in Anshan, Liaoning. Commercial and logistics operations run through Linyi, Shandong — the trade hub known as “south of Yiwu, north of Linyi” — which keeps export orders moving toward Central Asia and other emerging markets.
The company concentrates on one category instead of spreading across the whole hygiene sector. Eight dedicated big-pack wipe lines are set up for high sheet counts, and in-house pack design produced two distinctive formats: the “8-pack abs” pack shape and the Motorcycle Cat cat-head soft pack. The Motorcycle Cat series is our star product in the five Central Asian countries.
Production is supported by in-process quality control and testing to GB 15979-2024; the flagship format carries a full microbiological report. OEM and ODM projects are accepted, and buyers are welcome to visit the factory and review the lines before placing an order.

From roll to container
Every pack follows the same route through the plant. Ten stages, each one inspectable.

Raw material inspection
Non-woven fabric, packaging film and lotion ingredients are checked before release to the line.

Slitting & rewinding
Jumbo non-woven rolls are slit and rewound to the sheet width of the order.

Lotion preparation
Purified water and the order-specific formulation are blended and dosed.

Folding & cutting
Sheets are folded and cut automatically so every pack pulls cleanly.

Film printing & bag making
Packaging film, including Motorcycle Cat artwork when specified, is printed and formed into bags.

Filling & sealing
Automatic filling and seal-cut, run in parallel across the big-pack lines.

Metal detection
In-line metal detection with automatic weight rejection.

Microbiological sampling
The laboratory samples finished product against GB 15979-2024.

Our big-pack wipes are tested to GB 15979-2024, the Chinese hygiene standard for disposable sanitary products. The report below covers the 80-sheet Motorcycle Cat pack: sample 6959769405011, 200 mm × 150 mm × 80 sheets, tested by Liao Ning Kezon Testing Co., Ltd.
