Liangqian runs eight dedicated big-pack wipe lines in Anshan, Liaoning, and moves goods through the Linyi trade hub in Shandong. Our Motorcycle Cat series is built for Central Asian retail: tested to GB 15979-2024 and open for OEM and ODM projects.

Liangqian was founded in 2019 and manufactures in Anshan, Liaoning. Commercial and logistics operations run through Linyi, Shandong — the trade hub known as “south of Yiwu, north of Linyi” — which keeps export orders moving to Central Asia and beyond.
We concentrate on big-pack baby wipes rather than spreading across every hygiene category. That focus shows in the details: in-house pack design, including the “8-pack abs” pack shape and the Motorcycle Cat cat-head pack, and a production line set up for high sheet counts.

From roll to container
Every pack follows the same route through the plant. Ten stages, each one inspectable.
- 01 Raw material inspection Non-woven fabric, packaging film and lotion ingredients are checked before release to the line.
- 02 Slitting & rewinding Jumbo non-woven rolls are slit and rewound to the sheet width of the order.
- 03 Lotion preparation Purified water and the order-specific formulation are blended and dosed.
- 04 Folding & cutting Sheets are folded and cut automatically so every pack pulls cleanly.
- 05 Film printing & bag making Packaging film, including Motorcycle Cat artwork when specified, is printed and formed into bags.
- 06 Filling & sealing Automatic filling and seal-cut, run in parallel across the big-pack lines.
- 07 Metal detection In-line metal detection with automatic weight rejection.
- 08 Microbiological sampling The laboratory samples finished product against GB 15979-2024.
- 09 Packing & warehousing Automatic case packing, palletizing and transfer to the finished-goods warehouse.
- 10 Loading & documentation Orders are checked, container-loaded and shipped with export documents.
